The function of the clitoris hood is to protect the clitoris from friction and irritation such as the friction of the clothes. Sometimes this skin fold is structurally too large. Hudoplasty, clitoral hudoplasty, or in other words supra-clitoris aesthetic, is the simplification and reduction of the excess skin fold that covers the clitoris. About the surgery

Clitoral hudoplasty is a procedure that can often be performed under local anesthesia. In the meantime, you can sleep with light sleeping pills. As it is usually applied together with labia
minoraplasty, the entire procedure takes about 2 hours. First (depending on the patient’s request)
labiaplasty is performed. Then, the excess skin on the clitoris hood is trimmed, taking care not to damage the tissue and nerves of the clitoris. After the excess tissues are cut, they are repaired with thin, self-dissolving sutures. You don’t often need to stay in the hospital overnight.
